Clean Plate Catering is another Community Empowerment Program of CleanSlate Inc. While our culinary course prepares and certifies our students in the art of cooking, CleanPlate Catering puts what they have learned to work. Since we pride ourselves in preparing high quality meals for the homeless community as part of the training, the transition to Catering a medium to large event is a natural evolution for our students. From preparing appetizers to main courses we have confidence in our students and our head chef's in creating an eating festival for your event. What is the most exciting part about our CleanPlate Catering services is that your dollars go back in the program to support the next class of potential chefs. Just as our Tattoo Removal Services at CleanSlate clinics go back into the program to support Financial Literacy, Metro Empowerment Project, Teen Fatherhood Programs and Violence Prevention for Teens in Dating, CleanPlate Catering puts it's revenue from catering events back into the program to support itself. Our chef's have started to secure gainful employment in the culinary field and have a desire to contribute back to the program as part of their growth.
