The office staff are volunteers who believe in the Clean Slate
philosophy of support through understanding instead of punishment
through incarceration. We have had candy drives to raise money for
bandages and the clients themselves have purchased items to help. We
are a labor of love and each volunteer should be commended for their
dedication to this effort. We are pleased to introduce you to our newest

Dr.
Malikwas born in New Orleans, LA but
was
raised in Los Angeles where he completed his undergraduate and medical school
education. He treats patients with competence and compassion, restoring health
and esteem. Dr. Malik's association
with CleanSlate is part of a mission of helping underserved individuals reshape
and redirect lives to a more productive path.

weight
management & aesthetic needs.
This includes dermal filters (e.g., collagen), botox as well as laser
tattoo removal and hair removal.

grew up in Compton, California and understands the obstacles one
must maneuver through in some of our oppressed communities. He
became involved with Clean Slate because of his deep commitment to
giving back and never forgetting where he came from. He has his own
private practice as an E.N.T. doctor in Los Angeles and Westchester.
Dr. Eubanks is liked by the clients because they feel he treats them
with respect. He knows that this service is completely out of reach
for most of these clients and believes it makes a world of
difference that he finds time to help..
